Limited overs captain wicketkeeper batsman Quinton de Kock and fast bowler Lungi Ngidi have been nominated for the Cricket South Africa 2019-20 Men’s International Awards.
All-rounder Marizanne Kapp and Laura Wolvaardt received four nominations in the women’s section.
Cricket South Africa said in a press release on Saturday,
“The award ceremony will be online on July 4, 2020.”
Quinton de kock and Ngidi have received nominations for the award for Best Cricketer of the Year, Best ODI and T20 Cricketer of the Year. ”
Quinton De kock has also received the nomination for Best Test Cricketer of the Year.

The 27-year-old has played 47 Tests, 121 ODIs and 44 T20Is in his career so far and has 2934 Tests, 5135 ODIs and 1226 runs in T20 Internationals.
At the same time, 24-year-old Pacer Ngidi has taken 15 wickets in 5 Tests, 53 wickets in 26 ODIs and 24 wickets in 13 T20 Internationals so far.

Apart from these, Kagiso Rabada and Enrique Norkhia have also been nominated for the awards for male players from South Africa.
Both these players have done well in Test cricket.
At the same time, Temba Bavuma has been nominated for T20 Cricketer of the Year, Heinrich Klaassen for ODI Cricketer of the Year, David Miller for South Africa Men’s Player of the Year and Vernon Philander for Ram Delivery of the Year Award.
All these players will receive this honor in a virtual ceremony on 4 July.
