India’s ODI and T20 team vice-captain Rohit Sharma said that he has recovered from the injury suffered in New Zealand.
The Corona virus infection has briefly put a break on his hopes of a comeback.
Rohit will have to undergo a fitness test before joining up with Team India.
Only after passing the test he will be able to return to the cricket field.
Rohit, who went with the team on tour to New Zealand, suffered an injury during the last match of the T20 series.
He was then eliminated from the ODI and Test series.

He was not selected for the ODI series against South Africa which came to India.
However, it had to be cancelled due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
Rohit wrote on La Liga Facebook on Saturday,
I was almost ready to play before the lockdown was announced. When the lockdown started, the first week was going to be my fitness test, but now I have pushed everything back.
Sharma Must pass the first fitness test
Once everything is open, first I have to go to the center (National Cricket Academy) and give my fitness test.
Once I pass the fitness test, then I will be allowed to play on the National team side.
Rohit said that he misses spending time with the team players. Yes, I miss my teammates.
I miss the fun of spending time with them and having fun with them.
