The BBL 2022-23 draft included twelve overseas players from the platinum list, as teams took turns selecting international players from a pool of eligible players. Rashid Khan (Adelaide Strikers):

The wicket-keeper batsman has previously represented the Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder in the BBL. Billings has represented England in all three forms and is now the captain of the Oval Invincibles in The Hundred. This Summer, the Englishman will be available for the first half of the Big Bash competition.
