4.Aaron Finch (From 2015 to 2018)
Aaron Finch held the record for the highest individual T20I score of 156 which he mustered against England in Southampton in 2013 for almost five years. However, Finch himself broke his record when he smashed a massive 172 against Zimbabwe in July 2018 falling just three runs short of the all-time T20 record which is 175 runs.
After making his T20I debut on 12 January 2011, 2013 was the breakout year for Finch and then he continued his success in 2014 and 2015. He scored consistently for the Australian cricket in this format and also became their premier white-ball opener.
In 2015, Aaron Finch became the No.1 T20I batsman for the first time in his career. He is the only player to hit the 900-point rating in the T20I format. Currently Finch is placed on the 3rd position in the ICC T20I rankings with 835 points by scoring 2114 runs at an average of 38.4 in 64 matches.
