IPL 2021: Full Squad Analysis of Rajasthan Royals including their strength, weakness, Probable Playing XI and Dream11 Fantasy Preview

The Rajasthan Royals side will enter IPL 2021 with high hopes with a new captain, a new spirit, and a new cherry. Since the title was raised in the inaugural season back in 2008, the franchise has not won a single IPL edition. Royals finished last at the points table in the previous season and won just six of their 14 games. Their 2020 Shipmaster Steve Smith was also released, and Sanju Samson was asked to donate his hat. Since joining the Rajasthan Royals setup, Samson has been pivotal to them since 2013. This is the Rajasthan Royals review for the SWOT ahead of the IPL’s 2021 edition.

New Players: Chris Morris, Shivam Dube. Chetan Sakariya, Mustafizur Rahman, Liam Livingstone, Akash Singh, KC Cariappa, Kuldip Yadav.

Last Season Performance of Rajasthan Royals:

The Royals of Rajasthan were the Indian Premier League’s initial champions. Regrettably, even in some seasons, the Royals could not win their second title. Last year, for the first time in the history of IPL, the franchise based in Jaipur finished at its previous place on the table. After a disillusioning result by the team in IPL 2020, the Rajasthan team management was unhappy.

SWOT Analysis of Rajasthan Royals for IPL 2021:

Strengths —

When you look at the Rajasthan Royals IPL 2021, you can’t help but note the number of devastating batters in their arsenal. Jos Buttler and Samson will keep the key at the top of the order to get fast runs and gain. They also have a range of competencies in both disciplines. They are professional. Shivam Dube and Chris Morris have been added to their team, which are destructive with bat, and both players will be able to improve bowling.

Weakness —

While Royals can choose from many bowling options, their problem is to reduce their combinations of death bowling. Chris Morris added a great choice to fill this gap, but he will not get the help of the world-class Jofra Archer for the first few games. Some of the Indian players’ inexperience also concerns the management of the Royals. However, they will only be able to change their luck this season if they can work together as a squad.

Opportunities —

Sanju Samson has a tremendous chance to become one of the leading players in the league. Hopefully, this commanding office will do his work wonders. This is a good chance for the franchise to explore how Samson might long be at the helm. Also, players such as Jaydev Unadkat, Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, and Chris Morris will have a forum to use all their knowledge and offer home titles.

Threats —

Glenn Maxwell is a player who can still win matches alone. But seven years have passed since the IPL fans saw the rival bowling units demolished by Glenn Maxwell. A few good results have taken place here and there from him. Yet Maxwell couldn’t duplicate the brilliance of its 2014 IPL.

Top Performers from Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2020:

Sanju Samson began strongly, but he struggled to retain his shape, as is always the case with him. Ben Stokes missed almost half the season but showed what he could give to the Mumbai Indians with a superb century. Consistency, however, escaped him.

The ball again made Tewatia reasonably practical, but the remainder was a deception. Shreyas Gopal was far from his best, and batsmen took to cleaners at his will, the likes of Jaydev Unadkat and Ankit Rajpoot. Young Kartik Tyagi has shown sparks, but he also has a rate of 9.61

Players to look out from Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2021:

Jos Buttler: The England explosive batsman must be number one on this list. After the beginning of the England tour in India, Buttling has been in India since January. He’s one of Rajasthan Royals’ most reliable batsmen. This wicket-maker has scored 1714 runs at a strike rate of 149.56 in 58 matches with the IPL. He is one of the rare high-order explosive batsmen on cricket around the world.

Chris Morris: The all-rounder of South Africa offers its captain a great slog about batting, death, and bowling with the middle. He has played 70 IPL matches and won 80 wickets at a pace of 157. He was the highest rewarded IPL player.

Predictions for IPL 2021:

In acquiring Chris Morris, Rajasthan smashed the auction record and meant business. A robust international lineup has been complemented by Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler’s English duo, and Mustafizur Rahman and David Miller represent the group. England’s fast and reigning IPL MVP Jofra Archer only adds to its firepower. After he has strangely injured his bowling hand after he drops the fish tank, he will lose some of the tower. Their Indian actors are strong, and they all have handy performances, including Sanju Samson, Robin Uthappa, and Rahul Tewatia. Riyan Parag, who was nineteen years old, hoped to start his career successfully.

Probable Playing XIs for the first match:

Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes, Sanju Samson (C&WK), Riyan Parag, Mahipal Lomror, Shivam Dube, Rahul Tewatia, Chris Morris, Jofra Archer, Shreyas Gopal & Kartik Tyagi.
