Kerala Cricket Association is set to resume the cricketing activities once again through the inaugural season of KCA Presidents Cup which is designed on the lines of successful Indian Premier League (IPL). It’s going to be a Twenty20 over tournament between six teams that are formed by the Committee constituted by the Kerala Cricket Association.
Although the tournament is going to be played on the format of IPL but there will be no franchises and owners as whole tournament will be managed by the Cricket Association itself. This inaugural season will surely give a platform to the aspiring cricketers to showcase their skills & go upwards in this field.
The tournament will be played in the round robin format followed by play-off – semi finals and final. A total of 33 matches will be played during the 18 days of course with all are day-games played with white ball, colored clothing and played as per the BCCI playing conditions.
According to the Kerala Cricket Association; All players, support staff and officials will be brought under a bio-secure bubble to minimize the risk of Covid-19 infection through external contact. KCA will conduct on-line workshops for players/officials, to educate them on the SoPs and on-ground precautionary measures before the commencement of the tournament.

Venue and Live Streaming Details:
Venue for KCA President’s Cup T20 will be Sanatana Dharma College Ground, Alappuzha while all the matches will be live streamed by Fancode app and Website in India and it’s subcontinent.
